FAQs – Account and Payment

1) I don’t have credit card, how can I pay?

Ans: Our payment gateway has all the options available – debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, wallets.

 

2) Can my friend or family pay on behalf of me ?

Ans: Yes! Anyone can pay on behalf of you. However they have to use the mobile number registered with us to confirm payment against your account. 

 

3) What is the return policy?

Ans: We do not have any return policy yet. Once the payment has been made you can continue receiving our services for that month. You can discontinue your account with us from the next month onward. 

 

4) In any case I couldn’t use the service for any particular month, can I carry forward my subscription for the next month ?

Ans: No! You can not.
