PA Home Program of the Day !

PA Home WOD briefing :

 

 

WOD :

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 burpees
20 wall-ball shots OR Thrusters

(Note- Perform Goblet squat in case of any upper-body injury)

 

 

Warm-up:

AMRAP of 7 min:

10 burpees
10 Air squat
10 cobra pose
10 Hollow rocks
10 Shoulder presses
30 sec per leg pigeon pose

 

 

 

Cool Down:

30-sec child pose internal+external
30-sec couch stretch
2 min neck and shoulder stretch
