PA Home program of the day !

PA Home WOD Briefing:

 

WOD:

Accumulate 3 min of L-sit (Total time cap 10 min)

Power Snatch 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Snatch balance 2-2-2-2-2 reps
Squat snatch 1-1-1-1-1 reps

(Use Barbell if you have, otherwise practice with PVC pipe with 5-10 reps x 5 rounds each movement)

 

Warm-up:

2 rounds with PVC:

10 Jump and land
10 Snatch grip high pull
10 Sot press
10 Snatch balance
10 Squat snatch

 

 

Cool Down:

1 min child pose internal+external
2 min neck, wrist and arm stretch
1 min couch stretch
1 min toe-touch
