PA Home Program “Training at Home”

This objective may be recovering from a chronic injury, losing weight, or improving your baseline level of fitness. However, every coaching process starts with assessing an athlete’s abilities and mindset. Our coaching philosophy includes balancing various elements of your life to put your goal first. As coaches, we do not judge our athlete’s potential, instead, we work with athletes to develop a positive mindset and a belief in self-achievement. Look for coaches that inspire you to be the best of yourself.

 

That is to say, everyone needs to perform an intelligently selected variety of functional movements at a level of intensity appropriate for that individual. Everyone needs to eat food that sustains, rather than harms, the body. This is the pursuit of fitness, and the ability to maintain that fitness throughout your life is a defining measure of health. PA Home Program is a place to access the necessary tools—functional movement, simple nourishment—to sustain and preserve your health at home.

 

We provide a DAILY Workout of the day with Warm-up and Cooldown. Our daily training programs come with a video of each section as well as a coach’s briefing to help you scale the workout appropriately to your level. Check out the video below of CrossFit_Maa doing the workout.

 

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

3 burpee box jump-overs

3 deadlifts

6 burpee box jump-overs

6 deadlifts

9 burpee box jump-overs

9 deadlifts

Etc.

♀ 20-in. box, 155 lb.

♂ 24-in. box, 225 lb.

 

Scaling Option:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

3 burpee box jump

3 deadlifts

6 burpee box jump

6 deadlifts

9 burpee box jump

9 deadlifts

Etc.

Score: 5 Rounds
