PA Home WOD briefing :

 

 

WOD :

5 rounds for time of:

30 abmat sit-ups OR anchored sit-ups

300-meter run OR 15 Burpees

 

 

Scaled:

3 rounds for time of:

25 abmat sit-ups OR anchored sit-ups

200-meter run OR 12 Burpees

 

Warm-up:

AMRAP of 7 min:

10 burpees
1 min plank hold
10 cobra pose (3-sec hold)
10 Glute bridge (slow & controlled)
10 Supermans (3-sec hold)
30 sec per leg couch stretch

 

 

Cool Down:

30 sec seated toe-touch
10 cobra pose (3-sec pause at the top)
10 cat-cow (slow & controlled)
