PA Weekly Challenge – 04/20/2020

Challenge of the week – Max ground to overhead in 1 min

This week, we are testing how much load you can move from ground to overhead in 1 min. You can choose to move any load with any weight. We will be logging our reach, external load, and the number of repetitions in 60 sec. You can choose to move any load, you can choose to go light and get more reps or go heavy and accumulate fewer reps. Your work capacity will be calculated as below :

Where P= Average power output

F = load you will be moving

d = your max reach overhead

t = 60 sec.
