Have you ever struggled to teach Hang DB snatch ??
Here is a simple Skill Progression I use to teach DB snatch from the hang.
Step 1 : Dip and Stand
Step 2 : Dip and High pull
Step 3 : Muscle snatch
Step 4 : DB Push Jerk Progression
4A : Jump and land(hands on the side)
4B : Jump and land(hands on Shoulder)
4C : Jump, Punch and Land
4D : Single arm DB Push Jerk
Step 5 : DB Snatch
Note :
Step 1 to 3 with Light DB
Step 4A to 4C is with no weight
I usually do 3 to 5 reps for each progression steps. Give it a try and let me know how it goes. @persistenceathletic
