As a person who has never lifted weights, I have found amazing coaches (Ravi & Jacque) who focus on form and progression and build my confidence about lifting weights. The thing I found fantastic with their coaching is how they scale the workouts to help beginners build up over time to improve their strength and reach fitness goals. I will definitely recommend this CrossFit gym to all levels from beginners to advanced athletes. The members of the gym and the community is outstanding and friendly. One can make good friends here while getting fitter.
