This week’s challenge “3 Min Max Reps Shoulder to Overhead”

Do you remember the hand release push-up challenge week? That burning shoulders and hands? Well, this week is going to be a little less difficult than that. How? Watch the video below to learn that.



You would need to log the following :

  • Your body weight.
  • The external load.
  • Total reps and,
  • Your reach above head.


You will be ranked based on your power output. 


Your average power output will be = (Load*Distance)xReps / 60 sec
