Alright! We hope that last week’s Burpees and Squats have opened up your body for the next challenge!
For this week, it is going to be the following:
Perform As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) in 3 Mins
6 Hand Release Push Ups
3 Deadlift
You would need to log your body weight, external weight and total reps. We are not going to rank you as such and instead the focus will be on learning how to pace yourself to get the best score.
