A free 90-minute strength clinic for runners — open to all PA members and any runner curious about adding strength.
Agenda: • Warm-up: core (planks, hollow holds) • Strength basics + lower-body movement patterns • Squat + deadlift technique, then a moderate-strength build block • Unilateral work • Isolation: calf raises, TKEs (terminal knee extensions) • Cool-down: carries + holds
