Do I need to be fit first before starting MetFix? v
No. We meet you where you are. Every protocol is scaled to your current ability and progressed as your fitness improves. The point of MetFix is to start, not to be ready before you start.
Do I need to join a Persistence Athletics gym membership? v
No. MetFix is a separate clinical service. Some clients join the gym after they see results, but it is never required. Your protocol works in our space, your home gym, or anywhere you choose.
Can sessions be conducted virtually? v
The 90-minute initial assessment is in-person at our Belltown location. Follow-up coaching can be virtual or in-person based on what fits your schedule.
What lab work should I bring? v
Recent fasting glucose, HbA1c, lipid panel, and a basic metabolic panel are ideal. Bring whatever you have. If you have none, we will guide you on what to ask your doctor for.
How is this different from other fitness or nutrition programs? v
MetFix targets the root cause of chronic disease, not the symptoms. It is protocol-driven, not a fad diet or bootcamp. Every recommendation is grounded in published metabolic science and adapted to your specific risks.
What kind of results can I expect and how quickly? v
